Ispitni rokovi

I believe that June and July is one of the toughest months of the year for us students. Reason being it is the exam season. When you are so eager to leave your world of obligations, tasks, and exams and enjoy your summertime, but you have to put in the work.
That is why I decided to share some of my tips and tricks to survive this intense period of the year.
1. It will pass!
One of the things you need to know is that all this tension and stress because of the exams will last for a certain period of time. It will be hard but eventually, it will pass. That is why you need to be tough and not desperate and just do it!
The inspiration behind this line comes from a Croatian blogger called Hana Kalač. You can check her blog out here.
2. Everything is going to be ok.
Your thoughts define your life. This is the line I use more and more in my life and it helps me to remind myself that I and the only one that can control my own thoughts. What I am trying to say is, whether you pass or fail your exam you can take it again.
3. Preparation is the first step to victory.
Studying regularly, working and paying attention in class is something I have been better in high school than I am now. As a student, I will to get good grades is going down exponentially. Lately, the thing that has been helping me is to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning at study before everyone wakes up. That way I do not have any distractions around me, any texts to reply to, emails to read or 100 other things to worry about. My focus is solely on my studying.
4. Just relax.
Anxiety and stress are the two things I battle with on a daily basis. How to study with a limited amount of time, not to neglect your social life, sleep or your health? Right of the bat, I have to tell you that there is no magic trick for that. You must know that putting pressure on yourself is only going to make it worse for you. You will not gain anything from it. Focus on studying, practicing and learning and that will help you in achieving your results. By worrying you are the only waisting the time you could have invested in studying. Stress will affect both your physical and mental health.
If you have problems with anxiety and stress I will recommend the perfect way to relax. Valerin drops are a natural way to ease your insomnia, anxiety, pressure and they will make your heart beat a little bit less. By taking 30 drops with a little bit of water three times a day you can reduce the nervous feeling you have before you take a test. I highly advise everyone, not only students, to not by any circumstances use antidepressants. Those medications are very powerful and they have a negative impact on your health. Valerin drops are natural and you do not have to take them all the time, only when you need them.
5. Have some rest.
Sleep will cure all of your wounds. In order for you to be able to learn everything for your exams, you need to be well rested. If you do not do that, you will just be thinking about the fact that you do not have enough sleep and that you are tired. It is also important to do breaks in between studying, take a walk outside or do something only for you, that makes you happy.
